Bringing the school and research together. This is the goal of the “Education” section of the Ortler- project, which will be obtained using three different initiatives
RESEARCHING AT THE ORTLER SUMMIT
In addition to these initiatives, several meetings for the wider public and schools will be organized.Their aim is not only to present objectives and methodologies but also to show the complexity and precision of the research, in order to improve the understanding of the value of scientific information. The activities mainly refer to schools of the Province of Bolzano and the surroundings of the glacier which is the object of the research.
All educational activities are made possible thanks to the intervention of the international research team of the Ortler project and the collaboration of the following institutions:

German Division for education and training – pedagogical area- of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano
EURAC – Eurac JuniorMarcelline Cultural Institute in Bolzano
